Acts 10:46-48

⁴⁶ For they heard them speaking in other languages and declaring the greatness of^[a] God.

Then Peter responded, ⁴⁷ “Can anyone withhold water and prevent these people from being baptized, who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?”^{(A) 48} And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.^(B) Then they asked him to stay for a few days.
